In The Case Of An Allergic Reaction
Auolive products are dermatologically and clinically tested hence the likelihood of skin reaction will be minimal.
However, if you do experience an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description on what happened, along with pictures taken to info@auolive.com for us to identify an appropriate solution.
Please note that such instances must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of products.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your Auolive.com.my order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@auolive.com. Kindly provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for a quick turnaround.
To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product and send us a picture to info@auolive.com. Once we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will arrange for return of the damaged or defective product at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product. Any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

How much does local delivery cost?
FREE local Delivery for all orders within Malaysia (With No Minimum Purchase amount).
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery time within Malaysia will be within 3 working days from the time of order placed.
If I am living outside of Malaysia, how much will delivery charges be?
For countries within Asia, it will cost RM75 per delivery. If you order is over RM750, delivery will be FREE.
For countries in other regions (besides Asia) it is RM135 per delivery. We offer Free Delivery for orders over RM1050.
How long will delivery of orders take to countries outside of Malaysia?
For deliveries to all countries outside of Malaysia will be within 7 working days* from the time of order placed.
*Possible delays may be occur due to delivery and customs clearance. Do note that there may be duties and taxes incurred at destination which you may need to pay for.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that the item you ordered is damaged upon arrival, do contact our customer service at info@auolive.com or you can also check our exchange and replacement policy.
It will be advisable to add our email info@auolive.com to your address book or check your folder to ensure that you receive our emails.
What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your shipment after 14 working days, please contact us at info@auolive.com stating your order number so that we can assist in the tracking of your order.
